    • Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) are used to protect data in transit between Raven applications and with third parties
    • Data and files at rest are automatically encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) for all storage buckets and databases
    End-to-End Encryption
    • End-to-end document encryption can be enabled, allowing for additional control over document security with private encryption keys.
    • When private keys are used, documents are inaccessible without the private key, which is only known to the user.
    • Client-side encryption is used, ensuring private keys are never exposed or shared with Raven.
    Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

    Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available requiring additional two-step verification by SMS, Phone or Authenticator App during login.

    • OAuth generates a token and secret for Raven to use to authenticate, without ever sharing user login credentials to the third party service.
